The Fitness Studio

Intermediate classes are recommended after the client has taken four or five Beginner classes.  In an Intermediate class also known as an 1.5 class, clients will go through various planes of movements patterns and may use various Pilates apparatus. Movement may incorporate kneeling positions and intermediate movement patterns. 

This is a 50-to-55-minute session.

Intermediate Group Reformer 1.5

Fitness Mat Pilates

Pilates can benefit the entire body because it awakens dormant muscle cells and facilitates the use of the powerhouse (core) muscles. Pilates also incorporates the muscles that are in charge of supporting the spine and focus on six primary principles of breathing, concentration, centering, control, precision and rhythms. 

Ankle weights may be used, 1 to 2 pounds.

Beginner 1.0

Please bring:
Hand towel, water & wear nonskid socks.  They can be purchase online or at the studio.

The class time is 1hr 15 min on the first two visits to learn the moves.

Reformer Mix Level 

Join our 55-minute class suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to intermediate. This class aims to address muscle imbalances, enhance flexibility, mobility, and improve balance. 

Equipment may include the Pilates jumpboard, MVE chair, stretching, and mat Pilates floor exercises, creating a mix of beginner and intermediate levels.

Class sizes are limited, so please inform us of any serious injuries or limitations. Most have completed 5 beginner classes for this class.

Reformer Mixed Level

Intro Classes: Express

Designed for first-time visitors to the studio, no prior experience is necessary. Even if you have used a reformer at another studio, this class is a required first step.

What to Bring:

Hand towel

Water

Nonskid socks (available for purchase at the studio for $5.00 or 10.00)

Class Details:

Duration: 60 mins (to familiarize yourself with the movements and equipment)

Requirement: Nonskid socks

Intro Class:  Express 60 min
